Korea 6: Ski ?

Assalamualaikum.

Ski

 

In Alpensia, we stayed for 2 nights at the Alpensia Hotel and Suites, a ski resort. But we didn't ski, the risk of getting injured if not properly- guided or trained is very high. 

Not worth the risk.

There are instructors available, but it's very expensive. 

Snow 

It snowed a few times. Lebat pulak tu. the snow was thick.

Kat sini lah, first time, kami main snow betul2. . 

Saya seorang je yang menjadi buat snowball secara manual. Yayy! 

Orang lain tak jadi puuun. Gembira sangat. Diorang buat snowball guna snowball maker je. 

Ada jual kat kedai ski resort. Harganya 10 000 won. 

Memandangkan adik2 saya berebut dan ada yg merajuk lah, ayah beli 2.

The wind

The mountains were covered white with snow.

Icy winds blew against our faces,

Leaving our skin dry and burning,

It sucked out the moisture. 

I had never feel that kind of wind before. 

After about 5 to 15 minutes, I could no longer stand the coldness. 

My fingers were icy cold,

Skin burning with pain,

Although I wore 4 layers of clothing at that time. 

Yang lain, selamba dek je, terbaring atas salji tebal tu. Uhh, saya memang tak tahan sejuk.
